WPGHCI Services
Western Pennsylvania Geothermal offers a full time service department that specializes in geothermal. WPGHCI continues to service most conventional brands of equipment as it has since the original company was founded in 1978.
While WPGHCI predominantly installs Water Furnace Geothermal equipment, our service technicians are capable of working on any make or manufacture of geothermal equipment from the old “Big Blue” units to state of the art equipment like Water Furnace’s Envision line.
WPGHCI offers a full 24-hour emergency service during heating season, and limited 24-hour emergency service during cooling season. Call WPGHCI for current after hours rates.
WPGHCI travels hundreds of miles for geothermal service calls. However, we do limited conventional service calls to areas local to our shop in Saxonburg, and we typically do not perform service calls within the Pittsburgh City Limits. (See map below for areas considered City of Pittsburgh).
WPGHCI has a set rate for an initial ˝ hour service call and a standard hourly rate that applies after the first ˝ hour (Call for Pricing). WPGHCI also has a set travel charge that may or may not apply based on your proximity to the shop located at 725 Saxonburg Blvd, Saxonburg, Pa 16056 (See Map below for travel zones).
Currently, we employ one full time Service Department Manager, 2 Full time Service Tech’s and 1 additional part time Service Tech for the heating seasons. Our Service Tech’s have a combined 40+ years of experience.
While WPGHCI is experienced at servicing most all brands of conventional equipment, there are a few that we do not service due to parts availability, such a Lennox, Bryant, and Carrier. |
