W.P.G.H.C.I.
Servie Policy

This
policy applies to new furnaces, air conditioners and major
parts.
|
The
purpose of this policy is for a better understanding of what
the customer shall be charged for in regard to parts and service.
W.P.G.H.C.I. shall replace new parts that were installed by
W.P.G.H.C.I., that have gone bad, at no cost to the customer,
for as long as the manufacturer guaranties same part, or one
(1) year, whichever comes first. The following are those parts
that have no guarantee from W.P.G.H.C.I. and if they go bad,
the customer shall pay for the NEW PART AND FOR THE RETURN SERVICE
CALL.

OIL
BURNER NOZZLES.
- ANY
NEW PART TAMPERED WITH, BY ANYONE, THAT W.P.G.H.C.I. INSTALLED.

Any new or rebuilt oil pump that has been found subjected to
dirt and/or water.

Any new gas valve that is found to have dirt in it.
-
Any new electrical part that has been subjected to over or under
voltage due to power service to equipment or customer tampering.
- Any
part that goes bad after W.P.G.H.C.I. serviced equipment that
the customer had been advised to be replaced by W.P.G.H.C.I..
The
customer shall also be responsible for the following, and if found
to be defective by W.P.G.H.C.I. the STANDARD SERVICE CALL FEE
SHALL BE CHARGED:
- The
equipment is working as it should when our serviceman arrives
and our serviceman can find nothing wrong with unit(s).

Bad fuses or breakers that supply power for the unit.

No fuel in fuel tank or frozen fuel lines.
- No
gas, or too low of gas pressure.

Clogged air filters causing unit to function improperly.
24-HOUR
POLICY--If your unit should break down WITHIN 24 hours after W.P.G.H.C.I.
had serviced the unit, W.P.G.H.C.I. will re-service at no additional
service charge. The only cost to the customer would be the COST
OF THE NEW PART (unless covered above) and THE TIME TO INSTALL
THE PART at the hourly rate being charged at that time.
AFTER
24 HOURS you will be charged for the service call, parts and labor!!
W.P.G.H.C.I. reserves the right to add to,
delete or change this policy at anytime without any prior notice
to any customer.
