The company was established by Richard Callen in 1978, and was originally named Callen Heating and Air Conditioning. Prior to starting the company Rick worked as an electrical design engineer working in the nuclear power industry.

The sheetmetal fabrication equipment for ductwork was purchased soon after the company was established and the first building was constructed in 1980 to house the sheetmetal fabricating equipment. The first company vehicle was a Jeep CJ7 which Rick used for his service vehicle.

Rick and his wife's dedication to always putting the customer first is what the business was built on. He ran the business on his Christian values.

In 1999 Darwin Burtner and Rick became business partners and established W.P.G.H.C.I. Since then, the company has grown to more than 10 full time employees and a fleet of service vehicles.

Our Policies

We have a simple policy and philosophy here at W.P.G.H.C.I. We put the customer first! If you have a problem, call us and we will work with you to solve it as quickly and fairly as possible.

All of our installations come with at least a one year parts and labor warranty. Any service repairs we make are guaranteed for 24 hours with no additional service call fees. Extended warranties, manufacturer's warranties, inspections and service contracts are all available upon request.
